All retail products should be picked up at our Home Office location:

Pickup Process
When you arrive at our Home Office location, please turn into the drive and you will see a pickup box on your right, beside the mailbox. This box is specifically designated for retail product pickups.
Inside the pickup box, you will find your order clearly labeled with your name. Please ensure that you collect the correct package.

Additional Information
Please note that this pickup process is specifically for retail products. If you have ordered live bees, queen cells, nucs, or mated queens, different pickup arrangements apply. For these specific orders, please refer below for "Nucs, Queens And Queen Cell Pickup Directions" .

Turning off of Chilton County Road 37 onto Chilton County Road 62, drive .6 miles and there will be a sign indicating where to turn left onto our property. Follow drive around back of field until you see our yard of 5 frame nucs. This property is located across from Williams Pipeline Pumping Station. There are multiple drives into the property but the one you will enter will be indicated with a sign. *See map at the bottom of this page*
